Body Tone- Designed for shaping. This non-impact class uses barbells and weights with high repetition for muscle sculpting and firming
Yoga- Peaceful method to increase flexibility, co-ordination, strength and endurance.
Zumba- Based on a Latin and hip hop fusion of dance moves, this party atmosphere is definitely a fun way to burn those calories and firm up.
Power- Will blast all your muscles with a high rep training workout that will get your heart rate up and push you to a personal best.
Rip: Similar to Power, this class incorporates barbells and body weight exercises for full body conditioning and toning.
X-Fit- A high intensity full body workout in a circuit style of training to burn those calories and increase your stamina.
H.I.I.T- High Intensity Interval Training, A mix of body weight exercises and cardio to burn fat and increase your fitness level
